CLARK F. HUNGERFORD

Clark presently is the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Vinings Bank, having been one of the 14 organizers for the bank which opened in July 2007. He has over 32 years of banking experience, most of which has been with community banks in Cobb County. He also serves on the Bank’s Board of Directors.

Clark graduated (Cum Laude) from Auburn University with a B.S. in Economics in 1975 and a MBA from Georgia State University in 1984. He has attended the American Bankers Association (ABA) Commercial Lending School and graduated with distinction from the ABA Commercial Lending Graduate School.

He is a member of the RiverStone Church and serves on its Finance Committee. He participated in the inaugural class of Leadership Cobb in 1984 and later chaired the class of 1988. He serves on the Southern Polytechnic State University Foundation, having recently served as its Treasurer and also serves as the Secretary of the Development Authority of Cobb County. He is also a member of the Marietta Kiwanis Club.

Clark and his wife, Cheryl, have 3 children and a daughter-in-law, and reside in West Cobb.
