1) Open Internet Explorer
2) Tools
3) Internet Options
4) Security Tab
5) Click on the Custom Level Button
6) Locate "Allow script-initiated windows without size of position constraints" (TIP - scroll about half way down).
7) Check the Enable radio button
8) Click the OK button
9) If a small security warning box appears click the Yes button
10) Press OK again to close the Internet Options window
