When needing to copy & paste a note into CareLogic, it's VERY IMPORTANT to use Notepad and NOT MICROSOFT WORD!!!!
This is because Microsoft Word contains certain characters that interfere with CareLogic and cause errors that will make the note inaccessible/unreadable.
To access Notepad:
Start button > Programs > Accessories > Notepad
