MICP Statuses
1. Batched = Sent to APS, but NO authorization yet. 2. UM Complete = Has passed all internal checks and should be batched the following day. 3. Authorized = Ready for services to start To check what services are authorized: A. Click on the ECR. B. Click on Show Menu. C. Click on Authorizations under the Inquiry column 4. Final/Internal=Amerigroup, Cenpatico or Magellan or Other Non-APS MICP 5. No Status=Incomplete 6. UM Rejected A. MICP errored out at APS usually because a data field was left blank though there may be another reason or B. Wrong MICP Type Chosen C. Went on Review at APS and needs a Correction 7. UM Managed=There is or was a problem with a MICP and UM will need to address. |
