Special Characters when entering notes
When entering notes (particularly Treatment Plans and any note with narrative fields) into CareLogic, please keep your punctuation simple. Refrain from using any special punctuation characters, such as "!@#$%^&*():;'<>\~`[]{}

Certain special characters have caused problems in the past, such as preventing notes from being viewed once entered and XML error messages.
