Entering a Memo To Chart prior to 2/23/09

If you need to enter a Memo to Chart that's prior to 2/23/09, please follow these steps:

1) Once at ECR for the client, click on Show Menu and select MEMO TO CHART
2) Click the Add a Physician/Nursing/Clinical Memo to Chart button
3) On the Schedule Service page, use the current date for Service Date and fill out the rest as normal. (NOTE: Be sure to pick Memo to Chart in the Activity drop down box)
4) Press the Submit button
5) Enter the actual date in the Narrative field, then enter rest of note as normal
6) Press the Submit button
