Groups - Problems since 7/1
The July 1st changes have caused problems with the group documentation process and I'm posting this hoping it will clarify & explain how to fix.

Cause...
Starting 7/1 the old group activity codes (Group Training & Group Counseling) were split into 2 new activity codes (In clinic & Out of clinic) and the old group activity codes are no longer valid.

Who this effects...
Staff who built recurring group appointments prior to 7/1 and this recurrence spanned 7/1

Symptoms...
Once staff click None and mark the status of each client (Kept, DNS, etc...) and press Submit, there isn't a NONE button to begin the collective documentation.

Solution...
step 1: Error out remaining groups w/ old group activity...

- Schedule > Manage Recurrences >
- Press "Select" button (to the left) by any recurring group appointment that has either Group Counseling or Group Training as the Activity.
- Press the "Error Remaining Activities" button (to top left)
- Press OK at the confirmation screen
NOTE >> if there are multiple group recurrences w/ either Group Training or Group Counseling, repeat the above steps for each.

step 2: Reschedule group w/ new group activity code...

- Schedule > Recurring Group Appointment
- enter time
- choose appropriate group
- the activity drop box will look a bit different, the majority of y'all will select either one of the two choices below:
(1) Group Training non family IN clinic
(2) Group Counseling non family IN clinic
NOTE >> If there's any question about which activity to select, ask your supervisor.
- press the lite blue Recurrence tab
- enter appropriate frequency info and press "Submit"
- on the confirmation screen, check days you wish to build this group appointment
- press "Submit"

If there are still questions, please call Bryan Hoffman (770.429.5015 or 770.365.3507) and I can walk through how to fix.
