Reminder: City/State Lookup Checkbox in POE

While in POE entering a client's address...please make sure the "Do City/State Lookup" check box is selected.

Billing is not going through b/c clients only hve a zip code & this is the likely cause.

When this check box is selected, the city & state to auto-populate based on the zip code (enter the zip code and press the "Tab" key on the keyboard then the city & state will appear).
