The marietta Metro Rotary Club recently made a $1,000 donation fo the George Hartmann Center to purchase athletic equipment and recreational games with a grant from the Rotary International Foundation. Presenting the check are, from left, community services chair Joyce Hildenbrandt and MMRC president Robert Donovan; Hartmann Center staff members David Mondecar and Cosandra Keaton and director Mitra Ramlogen accepting the donation. Rotary members toured the center and provided a barbeque lunch for residents. The George W. hartmann Adolescent Treatment Facility on Powers Ferry Road in Marietta is a program of the Cobb and Douglas Community Services Boards to end the youth's dependence on addicitive substances.
